The service
Yield Intelligence Labs, Colorado, United States, operates Yield. Yield provides CSV dataset management, business context, member access and AI-assisted questions. Any applicable price and payment terms will be presented before a paid subscription begins.
Your account and business
Use a valid email address, protect your credentials and upload only information you are authorized to use. Business Owners/Admins manage their members and are responsible for granting appropriate roles. Do not share credentials, probe another business’s records or bypass service limits.
Monthly subscriptions
One subscription covers one business and the included seats and shared AI capacity shown before purchase. Payments are in USD; applicable tax is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may pay before verifying your email, but verification is required to access the business. Pending verification does not stop renewal or billing. Cancel renewal through Billing in Settings, the pending signup screen where available, or support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not issue automatic prorated refunds; contact support about billing errors, service problems or refunds required by law.
Plan changes and payment recovery
An upgrade takes effect after its previewed prorated payment succeeds and adds proportional capacity for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at renewal and require the team and outstanding invitations to fit the lower seat limit. Unused capacity does not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges. Unpaid renewals receive no new capacity. After paid access ends, new processing pauses while saved content remains read-only for 30 days. We send notices before removing that content through safe cleanup; accounts and required billing records remain. Restoring payment before cleanup restores access.
Your information
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize Yield and its service providers to process it as needed to operate, support and secure the service as described in the privacy notice. Do not upload health records, payment-card details, government IDs, passwords or other highly sensitive information.
AI answers need judgment
AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important results against your source records. Yield is not your authoritative system of record and does not provide professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for decisions based on its output.
Limits and availability
Yield applies usage limits, including defaults of 20 active datasets per business, 100 MB per CSV and a shared monthly AI allowance. There is no daily message cap; request-rate, per-answer and shared-capacity safeguards still apply. Limits may be adjusted and are not performance guarantees. Features and availability can change; no service-level or uptime commitment is made. We can restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or use outside these terms.
Closing your account
You can delete datasets, clear your conversation and separately reset private memory. Contact support@yieldintelligencelabs.com for verified account or business deletion within 30 days. Resolve sole ownership before requesting individual account deletion. Keep your own source records and backups.

Contact support@yieldintelligencelabs.com with questions. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect. This preview is not an effective agreement; final terms and an effective date require owner approval before publication.
